General Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Seven Assistant, a product of Seven AI GmbH. The following terms govern the use of our platform for AI-assisted creation of learning content.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Seven AI GmbH, Berliner Str. 4, 37073 Göttingen (Provider) and its customers (Users). Deviating terms of the User are not recognized.

2. Services and Liability for AI Results

Seven Assistant provides AI tools for the analysis and creation of teaching materials. All AI models are hosted locally on servers in Germany.

Notice: AI-generated content may contain errors. The User is obligated to review all results for factual accuracy before use. Liability for damages caused by factually incorrect AI-generated content is excluded.

3. Copyright and Uploads

Prohibition of copyrighted material: The User must not upload documents or texts for which they do not hold the necessary copyright or usage rights (e.g., scanned textbooks without a license).

The User shall indemnify the Provider against all third-party claims arising from unlawful use of content on the platform.

4. Usage Rights to Results

The Provider grants the User unlimited usage rights in terms of time and territory for educational and private purposes for content newly created by the AI.

5. Cancellation Period

The subscription automatically renews for one additional month at a time. The User may cancel the contract with a notice period of 14 days before the end of the respective billing period. Cancellation can be made by email to support@digitallearning.gmbh or through the account settings.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Seven AI GmbH, Berliner Str. 4, 37073 Göttingen, email: support@digitallearning.gmbh) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of digital content (or services) if we have begun the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your acknowledgment that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the execution of the contract.
