Typical admin tasks and how they work here.
Create accounts one by one or by CSV import. A join code can be renewed at any time.
Roles decide who can do what in a school. A school group sets up its schools and manages them in one place.
Admins reset passwords and end active sessions.
Members sign in with their school account.
School groups add documents and web pages to knowledge spaces. The assistant bases its answers on them.
Organizations can require a training course, for example on the EU AI Act, before anyone uses the platform.
Admins see chat usage across their organization. School groups get a nightly report on usage, topics and knowledge gaps in their knowledge spaces.
School groups with their own domain can change the product name and colors. Content safety rules come with their own statistics. A school's plan applies to all its members.

As your school's admin, you manage your staff yourself, without waiting for the school group or district to handle each step.
Teachers can use their subscription with partners as well, for example on publishers' platforms. Without a subscription, the Basic plan applies.
